Field Leadership members are expected to be experienced and confident in their Command & General Staff role and ready to take on mentoring members in a specific skill set or coaching a C&G team to be more successful managing operations. They will have direct influence on the quality of a members experience and a safe, efficient response to disasters.
MTT Facility Operators are responsible for driving and operating Team Rubicon's Mobile Facility assets such as the Mobile Locker Rooms for training events and disaster operations. It's a dirty job with long hours, just right for those who won't stop until every Greyshirt on the ground has a nice shower and a snug cot to ready them up for the next day in the field.
MTT Logistics members help plan and coordinate equipment, vehicles and supplies for Disaster Training Camps. If you hear the words 10 days on the ground with 4 to 8 training events going all at once, and you already have a plan for how to get all the people and things where they need to go, this position is for you!
Team Rubicon's All-Hazard Incident Management Team (AHIMT Type III) will play an essential role in the management of, and response to, local/regional/national emergencies, natural disasters and public events supporting the local jurisdiction all while promoting Team Rubicon's Culture to outside agencies and organizations!
Exercise members are expected to be experienced and confident in their exercise team role and ready to take on supporting exercises at for Team Rubicon and outside agencies at different levels and stages to provide the arena needed to build preparedness for threats and hazards all along testing existing and future capabilities.
